Your Bascon project manager is provided with the resources necessary to deliver a successful project and is supported throughout the process by the project superintendent, as well as the home office design, estimating, accounting, and management staff.  Count on the project manager and the Bascon team to:

  • Provide full architectural design services:  concept development, design development, and construction documentation
  • Develop design and construction schedules
  • Prepare subcontractor and vendor documents
  • Solicit and evaluate bids, and award subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Implement all construction means, methods, and procedures
  • Direct and coordinate construction and subcontractor activity
  • Control quality and schedule
